Los Angeles is known for a few different things: celebrities, movies, television, and smog. I will admit that the first three topics on the list are extremely interesting...reasons to visit the city. The fourth item on the list, smog, is not very pleasing.

How much smog can there possibly be in this well known United States city though? Believe it or not, too much! So much that every gas station on the street bears a large neon sign that reads "SMOG CHECK DONE HERE!" To make matters worse, the companies are "licensed." LICENSED?!!

Hollywood seems like a great place to visit (and is fun for celebrity scouting and dancing the night away), but smog isn't the only thing that should be checked while there. Check your lungs as well, as you can almost be certain some of that smog has clouded your health.
