ELIGIBILITY
Legal residents of the fifty (50) United States excluding Puerto Rico, the District of Columbia, and all territories and possessions of the United States and overseas military installations, who are between eighteen (18) years of age and 28 (28) years of age at time of travel and must be currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program.


PRIZE RESTRICTIONS
Prizes are non-transferable. Prize is subject to availability and other restrictions may apply.If the Grand Prize or any part is unavailable for any reason, as determined by XploreU, XploreU reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equivalent value. Any questions should be directed to XploreU. All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of the grand prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Entry into the Sweepstakes shall be deemed to be entrant’s consent and authorization to (i) the use of entrant’s name, address (city and state only) and any other information submitted by entrant for commercial, advertising and promotional purposes in perpetuity without further compensation, unless prohibited by law, and (ii) the use of entrant’s address to receive marketing and other emails from Contest Sponsor and its affiliates. In addition, by entering the Sweepstakes, entrants affirm that they have read, understood and accepted these Official Rules.

Winners will receive the Grand Prize Trip with roundtrip airfare to and from the specified departure and arrival cities. Should the value of the Grand prize be less than the ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash or in kind.

Travel must be completed before specified date. Blackout dates apply (DATES). Prize is subject to availability and other restrictions may apply.

Prize Provider reserves the right to structure the travel route in its sole discretion. Ground transportation, port and other taxes, meals, beverages, gratuities, excursions, personal expenses, and all other incidental expenses incurred on the trip that are not specifically provided for herein are solely the responsibility of the prize winner. Any questions should be directed to XploreU. All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of the grand prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Winner Responsibilities:
Winner will be required to sign, notarize, and return an IRS W9 form, Affidavit of Eligibility and XploreU Traveler Agreement within 7 business days after winner is announced. The winner is solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any tax liabilities incurred as a result of or relating to the awarding or use of any prize. Entry into the Sweepstakes shall be deemed to be entrant’s consent and authorization to (i) the use of entrant’s name, address (city and state only) and any other information submitted by entrant for commercial, advertising and promotional purposes in perpetuity without further compensation, unless prohibited by law, and (ii) the use of entrant’s address to receive marketing and other emails from Contest Sponsor and its affiliates.
